These White Trash Sliders are a cheesy, savory twist on classic sloppy joes. Made with seasoned ground beef, sautéed vegetables, and melty cheese, these sliders are perfect for parties, game nights, or weeknight dinners. Quick, easy, and delicious!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (red and green), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture over the buns and top with shredded cheese.
- Add the top buns and brush them with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Customize the cheese with pepper jack or provolone for a different flavor.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
