Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cake Layers:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped Cream Frosting:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- ½ cup crushed golden cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare the cheesecake batter and bake for 40-45 minutes. Chill for 4 hours.
- Bake the cake layers at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the cake with whipped cream between layers, topping with strawberries and crushed cookies.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
