Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Optional: diced jalapeños, shredded lettuce, or avocado slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken with chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet with oil and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Warm the nacho cheese sauce over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  4. On each tortilla, layer nacho cheese, cooked chicken, and cilantro. Add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Roll the tortilla into a wrap, folding in the sides to seal. Lightly toast on a skillet, seam-side down, for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • These wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, but they’re best enjoyed fresh.
