- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Optional: diced jalapeños, shredded lettuce, or avocado slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken with chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet with oil and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the nacho cheese sauce over low heat until smooth and creamy.
- On each tortilla, layer nacho cheese, cooked chicken, and cilantro. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Roll the tortilla into a wrap, folding in the sides to seal. Lightly toast on a skillet, seam-side down, for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
