- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the peanut butter until smooth, then stir in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
- Press the peanut butter mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring in between to prevent burning.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Decorate with sprinkles, if desired, while the chocolate is still warm.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate topping is set.
- Once chilled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add chopped peanuts to the peanut butter layer.
