- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza or crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange slices, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
