These Cheesy Beefy Rolls are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Fluffy dough is filled with savory, seasoned beef and gooey melted cheese, making them perfect for parties, snacks, or even a cozy dinner. They’re easy to prepare and guaranteed to be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sheet pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza or crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Arrange slices, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added crunch, sprinkle chopped bacon or jalapeños over the beef before rolling.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes.
  • To freeze, wrap rolls individually in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month. Thaw and reheat before serving.
