This Buffalo Chicken Dip with Celery Sticks is the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Creamy, spicy, and loaded with cheesy goodness, it’s the perfect appetizer for game days, parties, or any occasion. Served warm with crisp celery sticks, this dip offers a delicious balance of bold flavors and refreshing crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an oven-safe dish for easy cleanup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add extra Buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, mix in 2 tablespoons of sour cream to balance the heat.
  • This dip pairs well with tortilla chips, crackers, or carrot sticks for variety.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven.
